Riccardo started his career as private banker and area manager in Prime Consult/Banca Generali. He later became product development manager at Ubi Banca Private Investment and then Senior Sales for the Italian market on behalf of Sal Oppenheim Bank and Macquarie Bank.
In 2012 he founded First Solutions Ltd, firm specialized in structured products consultancy, in which he holds the position of CEO.

Private banker and portfolio manager in both Italian and international prestigious Asset Management organizations. He developed and applied a Wealth Management Total return method on a 12-month horizon distinguished by low volatility, minimum drawdown, replicability and performance predictability.
His projects, among which Geodetica Italian Stars, also include Private Equity and Venture Capital.

After various roles in the financial sector and having gained 30 years of experience in the banking environment, in a network of financial consultants and as an independent financial advisor, he joined the Olympia team founding members in 2016.

He is currently in charge for all IT procedures.

Carla was born in Zurich and she is bilingual, mastering Italian and German. She worked for over 20 years as private banker for prestigious financial institutions such as Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse, both in Zurich and in Milan.
Before joining Olympia as branch manager, she worked for a financial intermediary where she dealt with wealth management.
She studied at Bologna University to become interpreter and translator and she obtained a Degree at Kanderschule (Zurich).

Benedetta gained a 10-year experience in Banca Mediolanum where she improved her banking knowledge on current accounts, mutual funds, accounting and administrative management.
In February 2016 she joined Olympia’s Team as Administrative manager of the Italian branch.

Massimiliano graduated in Civil Engineering from Università La Sapienza in Rome and worked for around twenty years as project manager and construction site manager of buildings and infrastructures, where he gained expertise in managing complex projects, budgetary control, problem solving, risk analysis and team work strategy, all transferable skills in different fields.
He joined Olympia’s UK team in 2014, before the company took the current name, in the role of middle office analyst, then portfolio manager and deputy CIO to therefore taking the position of compliance officer and executive director.

Filippo graduated in Economics at Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale. In 2011 he started his career by working as a middle office analyst in an Asset Management firm in London. In April 2017 he joined Olympia’s Italian branch as middle office and trading desk manager, moving then to the portfolio management team, and assuming the role of risk manager in 2024.

With over 25 years of experience in the financial market with UCITS funds, SIF and hedge funds
Based in London from 2000 and he contributed to the launch of an hedge fund and two UCITS funds Before London he worked at UBS as a director and managed the proprietary book in an international team. In 2013 he worked in an independent asset manager in London, Pactum AM, managed two funds and then he joined Nextam Partners, Banca Generali Group, as a portfolio manager. In 2020 he joined Olympia’s team as funds manager and since December 2023 he's in charge as CIO.

Attilio graduated in IT Engineering and then obtained a master’s degree in Finance at Politecnico di Milano.
In 2009 he became Risk Management Analyst for UniCredit Group, specializing on liquidity and interest rate risk. He then become Portfolio Manager at SOFIA SGR. He joined Olympia’s Team in 2016.

Maurizio graduated in business administration in 1997. He began his career at BPI securities in London as equity sales. Subsequently he moved to Milan where he worked as buy side analyst and sell side analyst.

In 2006 he contributed to the launch of the long-short equity fund AlphaFund Star4 Equity Hedge, dealing in particular with portfolio management and becoming director of Alpha Fund Management, the fund management company.
In 2022 he led the merger by incorporation of AlphaFund into the Alphastar sub-fund of the Global AIFM Platform Sicav Sif umbrella fund.

Claudio graduated in Economy & Business Administration in 1998 when he began his career in London as an equity sales. In 2000 he moved to proprietary equity trading at Commerzbank, then at HSBC, First New York and then became a fund manager at CQS hedge fund, always in London.

Since 2007 he contributed to the seeding and management of the long-short equity fund AlphaFund Star4 Equity Hedge and became partner of the fund management company.

In 2022 he led the merger by incorporation of AlphaFund into the Alphastar sub-fund of the Global AIFM Platform Sicav Sif umbrella fund.

Anna graduated in Economics in Turin, scoring 110/110 summa cum laude. In 2003 she achieved CFA (Charted Financial Analyst) Certificate and from 2008 to 2018 has been appointed as Board Member of the Italy CFA Society.
She achieved an experience of 22 years in the financial industry: she spent 14 years as mutual funds manager, dealing mostly with European and International stocks and high yield bonds.
She joined Olympia in 2016 as wealth manager and supervises institutional, professional and private HNWI Clients.

Graduated from Università degli studi di Pavia in Finance and International Integration. Passionate about derivatives and financial markets. Join Olympia’s team in 2019 based in London.

Graduated with a master's degree in Economics and Social Sciences, he has gained thirty years of experience in asset management, covering various roles that led him to be Head of Asset Management in banks and other financial institutions, and Investment Strategist in American Express Bank.
He has taught in the Masters in Banking and Finance of Il Sole 24 Ore and in the courses for the acquisition of EFPA certifications.
In recent years he has implemented roboadvisory platforms and developed model portfolios for financial advisors.
He is currently Chairman of the Examination Commission at OCF (Supervisory Board for maintenance of Financial Advisors’ Register).

Graduated from the Polytechnic University of Turin in Management Engineering, specializing in coding and business organization.

He started his journey in 2014 as a financial analyst: portfolio composition analysis, portfolio performance analysis and portfolio risk analysis.

Simultaneously, between 2016 and 2018, he successfully passed all three exams of the CFA.

He collaborates for institutional investors, in particular hedge funds, designing and developing quantitative financial strategies using various coding languages.

Since 2023, at Olympia, he has started managing asset portfolios, applying the knowledge he has acquired over the years.

Experience of over 40 years in the financial sector, first as an advisor and coordinator within the commercial field of the financial services, in some companies of that industry, starting from Programma Italia (now Mediolanum) then, lastly, in Banca Akros.
Over the past 25 years, he worked as an Asset Manager in ABN Amro, Banca Patrimoni, Banca MB.
He has been part of Olympia’s staff for some years by now.

Working for over thirty years in the financial sector, he has developed experience in both the corporate finance and private banking areas on behalf of leading institutions in Italy and abroad. In the last nine years he has worked in Canada on behalf of the main private investment bank of the country where he gained significant experience in the North American market. He is a consultant for the London branch of Olympia in terms of portfolio management.

Marco graduated in Economics from Bocconi University. He started his career as an operator in Borsa Valori in Milan (Milan Stock Exchange) in the ’80s. In the ‘90s he became partner of ABP Sim, with a focus on futures and options markets.
In 2000 he became partner of Investitori Sgr, Allianz Group’s investment boutique. In 2012 he joined Cassa Lombarda, an historical Milan bank specialized on private banking. In 2019 he became a partner of Olympia, where he advises Clients in wealth management services.

Federico is specialized in financial and wealth management advisory.
He started his career in 2007 operating first for Banca Mediolanum, then for Deutsche Bank and for Allianz Bank F. A.
Federico achieved €fpa certificate, Pnl master practitioner and Mind Business School from Osm, in order to better address Clients’ needs and better manage their portfolios.
At the end of 2018 he joined Olympia’s Team as Clients’ manager and in 2019 he became Olympia’s partner. He is also responsible for the office in Rome.

Fabrizio graduated in Economics of credit companies at Bocconi University and achieved an MBA at Insead in Fontainebleau. He worked for 20 years in international banks (Citibank, Barclays, AbnAmbro), in the corporate and investment banking sectors, both in Italy and abroad. In 2002 he started to operate in the private banking sector in Investitori Sgr (Allianz Group), Vontobel and Cassa Lombarda. In 2018 he joined Olympia as a partner and senior wealth manager. He has a 40-year long experience in bonds, alternative investments, certificates and derivatives.

After an experience in the insurance world as responsible for the restructuring of the agency portfolio and supervision of two sub-agents, since 2002 he has devoted himself to financial and asset consulting for individuals and businesses. In 2006 he has obtained the EFA certification - European Financial Adivisor and in 2008 the EFP certification - European Financial Planner. During his activity he has developed experiences and methodologies in asset planning, taking care of all the aspects: financial, fiscal, inheritance and risk management. In 2019 he has become partner of Olympia where he follows the Clients in asset management services.

Studies in Economics and in Social and Financial Market Psychology with a Master in Technical Analysis, he began working as a Financial Consultant in 1999 with ONBanca Milano, the first consulting web-bank.

Twenty-year professional career with the leading national networks of personal Advisors as portfolio managers and managerial positions with expertise in trust services and trusts. EFA European Financial Advisor certificate since 2016 and UNI ISO 22222 since 2018 – Columnist and writer with publications of technical analysis systems of the markets and historical-financial novels.

Independent consultant since 2019 and 2022 in Olympia, where he advises Clients on wealth management services.

After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a master's degree in Economics and Business Management from Cà Foscari University of Venice, he began his career in the world of insurance distribution as a network manager.

In 2018 he founded Wealth Route, a multi family office that later became part of the Run Capital Partners group, where he specializes in the creation of structured products.

In 2021 he founded inCellar, a company dedicated to wine investments.

In 2023 he joins Olympia where he oversees clients in wealth management services.

Having graduated in Economics and Public Administration from Tor Vergata University in Rome,
Antonello began his career as a Personal Banker with Intesa San Paolo at their UN FAO Office in Rome,
and then at the Italian Parliament, further strengthening his experience in wealth management and in
finding personalized wealth portfolio solutions for high profile clients, with a particular focus on
international clients, diplomats and other high ranking public officials.

After about 10 years he moved to Switzerland and gained in-depth knowledge and experience in best
practices as well as wealth management strategies.
Antonello joined the Olympia team in 2022 as a Private customer relationship manager.

Slavko has a multi-year experience in the investment and insurance sector and has gained specific skills in the field of operations. He has enhanced his financial knowledge, acquiring expertise on funds, private insurance and wealth management.
In February 2019 he joined Olympia as back office manager for the Italian Branch.
