The sub-Fund invests in shares of companies which are incorporated or have a permanent presence in Italy, in particular in companies with a total market value of less than EUR 1 billion ("small caps"). Investment decisions are made on the basis of an analysis of potential company revaluation. The companies' profitability and growth prospects are taken into account, exploiting the difference between their intrinsic value and market value. The Fund is actively managed as the investment manager, subject to the established investment objectives and policy, has discretion over the portfolio without any reference or constraint to a benchmark.
